Italian Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz. each) containers Breakstone's plain low-fat yogurt
1 envelope Good Seasons nonfat salad dressing mix for fat-free Italian dressing
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. 2% low-fat milk
Preparation

Mix yogurt, salad dressing mix and onions in small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, stir in milk until well blended.
Makes about 2 cups.
Has 25 calories per serving.
