Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 c. long grain white rice (uncooked)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
    1/16 tsp. cumin or 2 dashes
    1 dash crushed red pepper or 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Add chopped onion and rice to oil.
    Stir until the rice is light brown.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
    Turn down heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Turn off heat and let sit 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
