Beet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans beets, diced
4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 tsp. sugar
mayonnaise or salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Dice all ingredients, add sugar, salt, pepper and mayonnaise; mix well.
Chill; serve cold.
