Ponyarotti'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast in warm water
    1 c. water or more (to make workable dough)
    1/2 lb. browned hamburger
    Monterey cheese, grated
    1 small jar Ragu (any flavor)
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening and salt with yeast mixture and water to make dough workable.
    Take tablespoon of dough and make a round flat surface.
    On half of round put 1 teaspoon ground beef, 1 teaspoon cheese and 1 teaspoon Ragu; fold over and seal.
    Drop in hot grease until brown.
