Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1/2 plain pastry recipe
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together and stir into eggs.
Add milk and pumpkin.
Fill pastry shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes longer or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
