Chocolate Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 Tbsp. flour
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Separate eggs and beat egg yolks with 1 cup sugar.
Add the cocoa, baking powder and flour.
Beat egg whites until stiff and add vanilla and salt.
Fold the cocoa mixture into the beaten egg whites and pour into a well-greased 11 x 16-inch cookie sheet. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
