Easy Sweet-Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer (2 1/2 to 3 lb.), cut up
    1/2 (8 oz. size) bottle Russian dressing (dark red kind)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 (10 oz. size) jar apricot or peach preserves
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Put chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish.
    Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves with water.
    Pour over chicken and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender.
    Serves 4 to 6.
