Oven-Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cornmeal
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 medium-size green tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in shallow dish; set aside.
    Dip tomato slices in water; dredge in cornmeal mixture.
    Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray; spray each slice of tomato.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until golden.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 8 servings.
