Pineapple Orange Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, melt the butter; stir in the flour, coconut and brown sugar.
    Press mixture into bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Cool. Stir ice cream to soften.
    In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and orange juice concentrate until fluffy.
    Add ice cream by spoonfuls; beat smooth, stir in pineapple.
    Spoon into prepared crust.
    Freeze 8 hours or overnight.
