White French Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad or olive oil (any good vegetable oil also)
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic
Preparation

Shake well in a large screw-top jar or salad dressing jar. Refrigerate and remove garlic clove before serving.
Delicious on any green salad, especially a spinach, fresh mushrooms and thinly sliced Vidalia onion salad with crunchy bacon bits sprinkled on top.
