Raspberry Custard Brulee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh raspberries
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 egg whites
1 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. fat-free sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Gently rinse raspberries and divide evenly among 4 (6 ounce) custard cups.
Set aside.
