Pecan Goodies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white, beaten until stiff
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
pecans

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together.
Dip pecans in mixture and lay on cookie sheet, not touching each other.
Heat in oven at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
