Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large mushrooms
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 can minced clams
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
12 canned fried onion rings, chopped
Preparation

Remove mushroom stems and dry caps.
Mix all ingredients, except onion rings.
Stuff caps, mounding slightly.
Sprinkle with chopped onion.
Heat slightly.
