Quick Frankfurter Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. franks (2-inch pieces)
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    onion seasoning to taste
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. mustard
    9 oz. green beans, drained (may use 16 oz. can beans)
Preparation
    Brown franks; remove to side dish.
    Pour off fat.
    Cook celery and onion in chicken broth until liquid is gone.
    Add everything else; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
