Jon Yougel(A Dutch Cookie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. butter (2 cubes)
    1 egg, separated
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Let butter stand until soft.
    Cream well with sugar.
    Add egg yolk and mix well.
    Add flour a little at a time.
    Add cinnamon. Knead.
    Pat down on cookie sheet.
    Brush with unbeaten egg white to which has been added a little water.
    Sprinkle with a little sugar and chopped nuts.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 300\u00b0.
