Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. medium grain rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook rice and water on stove (at simmer setting) until water is absorbed.
    Combine all other ingredients with rice and put in buttered casserole.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Mix or stir casserole after first 30 minutes.
