Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    2 Tbsp. whipping cream
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat bacon fat in 10-inch skillet.
    Add cabbage.
    Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until light brown.
    Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in whipping cream and lemon juice; heat until cream is hot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
