Powdered Cocoa Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/3 c. Nestle Quik
2 sticks oleo (equals 1 c.)
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine
sugar
and
Nestle
Quik
(thoroughly).
Add successively oleo, pecans,
vanilla
and
lightly beaten eggs. In separate bowl, combine
flour,
salt
and
baking
powder. Combine all the above and
mix well.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch cake
pan and bake approximately 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool 10 minutes.
Dip
top
of
each brownie in powdered sugar and place on
cake
rack to cool.
After cooling, brownies may be stored in freezer to keep them moist.
