Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small bag Angel Flake coconut
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, butter, coconut and pineapple.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
