Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 or 1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream together Crisco, salt and brown sugar.
Add eggs, milk, syrup and vanilla.
Mix well.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until knife comes clean when tested in center of pie.
