Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 to 3 c. oats
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugars together.
    Stir in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Fold in oats, pecans and raisins.
    Be careful not to add too many oats.
    Cookies will be dry.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes just until edges are brown.
    Makes about 6 dozen 2-inch cookies.
