Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash, seasoned
    9 saltine crackers, crushed
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, grated
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix squash, beaten eggs, crackers, margarine and grated onion. Fold in 1 cup cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
