Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream or milk
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach in small amount of water with minced onion until thawed.
    Beat eggs, sour cream or milk, Parmesan cheese, flour, butter and salt and pepper with spinach and onion.
    Bake in a greased round casserole for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set in a 350\u00b0 oven.
