Easy Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal (plain)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. plain unbleached white flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix
    dry
    ingredients
    together (cornmeal, salt, baking powder,
    soda
    and\tflour).
    Just
    when ready to bake, add the liquids
    (egg,
    buttermilk\tand cooking oil).
    Stir only until dry ingredients
    are
    mixed
    with
    liquids; pour into greased muffin pans
    (12)\tor
    baking pan (10 3/4 x 7 x 1 1/2-inches). Bake approximately 20 minutes less for muffin pans.
    Should be golden brown when done.
