Vegetable Cheese Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth (homemade or bought)
    1 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 c. carrots, cubed
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables (I like broccoli-cauliflower mixture)
    2 cans cream of celery or chicken soup
    2 cans water
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. chicken chunks, cooked and deboned
Preparation
    Heat broth, add potatoes, carrots and onion; cook 15 minutes. Add other ingredients.
    Stir and heat until well blended.
