Dandelion Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. dandelion blossoms
    4 qt. water
    3 lb. sugar
    4 lemons (juice only)
    2 oranges (juice only)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 yeast cake
Preparation
    Use stone crock. Put boiling water over flowers and let stand 1 1/2 days. Strain, add sugars and juices.
    Wait 24 hours, then add yeast cake. When scum rises add egg white.
    Wait 3 full days, strain.
