Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
powdered sugar (to sprinkle on top)
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
Use skillet or deep fryer.
Have oil very hot.
Use funnel. Hold funnel over oil and move in circular motion and then crisscross motion as you pour the batter through the funnel into the oil.
After cake is a light golden brown, drain on paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
