Sunset Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add pineapple juice and lemon juice.
Refrigerate until mixture begins to jell. Fold in pineapple and carrots.
Return to refrigerator until fully jelled.
Cut into squares and serve on a lettuce leaf.
