Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes (instant potatoes)
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Add 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons potato flakes and 1 cup warm water the next day.
    Let it stand at room temperature. To make bread, take out 1 cup and feed with the same ingredients as listed.
