Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. cake flour
2 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla and let stand while mixing other ingredients.
Mix flour, soda and salt together.
Mix flour mixture alternately with oil mixture until well blended.
Add apples and pecans.
