Bolognese Sauce For Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. shredded carrots
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. basil, crushed
1 tsp. oregano, crushed
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp. sugar
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lb. your favorite pasta, cooked
Preparation

In large skillet, brown beef; drain fat.
Add carrots, onion and garlic.
Saute until onion is tender.
Add remaining ingredients (except pasta).
Cover and cook for no less than 20 minutes (flavor improves as sauce simmers).
Prepare pasta. Serve sauce over hot cooked pasta.
