Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon, drained and deboned
    1 large stalk celery, finely chopped
    8 oz. plus 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 pkg. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix salmon, celery and cheese and shape into a log while rolling over nuts (on waxed paper).
    Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.
