Charoseth - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tart apples
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. sweet Passover wine
Preparation
    Core apples (it is not necessary to peel them).
    Chop apples and walnuts together in food processor or blender or by hand until finely chopped.
    With a wooden spoon, stir in the cinnamon, honey and wine.
    This will serve 10 to 12 people when serving 1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon per person on a piece of matzoh.
