Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 can celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) size carton sour cream
Preparation
    Mix well and pour into casserole dish.
    Now mix 1 tube of crushed Ritz crackers and 1 stick margarine.
    Spread on top of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
