Viv Criner'S Pumpkin Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. solid pack pumpkin
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. finely chopped Granny Smith apples
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl; set aside.
    In a medium bowl combine eggs, oil and pumpkin with electric mixer.
    Add liquid to dry ingredients.
    Beat on low speed until moistened.
    Stir in apples.
    Spoon batter into greased and floured Bundt pan (I spray it with Baker's Joy, works like a dream).
    Bake 60 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. When completely cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Great in the fall with coffee.
