Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. or more chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large (26 oz.) can tomato soup
Preparation
    Mix together ground beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
    Form into small balls.
    Place soup in baking dish and add balls.
    Spoon soup over balls.
    Cover and bake 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0. After 1/2 hour or so, uncover and turn balls so they don't dry out.
    Good with mashed potatoes.
