Baked Apricots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans unpeeled apricots
1 stick melted margarine or butter
1 box Ritz crackers (9 or 10 oz.)
1/2 c. apricot juice
cinnamon
2/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Grease casserole dish.
Alternate a layer of crushed crackers with drained apricots, brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon.
When layers are completed, pour butter and apricot juice over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 300\u00b0
for 30 to 45 minutes.
