Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecans, chopped
1/2 lb. dates, chopped
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add vanilla extract, baking powder, dates and pecans. Pour in greased tube pan. Bake 45 minutes to an hour at 300\u00b0.
