Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 c. ham, cooked and diced
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    1 chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. low-fat milk
Preparation
    Place macaroni in a 2-quart pan of boiling water with a dash of salt.
    Let cool for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Drain macaroni.
    Pour in a mixing bowl with diced, cooked ham, cheese, green pepper, butter and milk.
    Stir vigorously and pour into a casserole dish (about 8 x 11 x 2-inch) and cover with glass lid.
    Let cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove and let cool.
    Garnish with parsley and ready to serve.
    Will serve 6 to 8 adults.
