Baked Vidalia Onion Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. chopped Vidalia onion or other sweet onion
1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise (may use light)
2 Tbsp. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine Swiss cheese, onion and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Lightly grease baking pan; add cheese/onion mixture.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Makes 4 cups. Serve with assorted crackers, breads or chips.
