Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt and a little pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 c. water
1 clove garlic (chopped)
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped red or green pepper
Preparation

Simmer onions, garlic and peppers in olive oil until onions are golden in color.
Add all other ingredients and stir well.
Just simmer on low heat for at least an hour or a little longer is better.
Don't let it bubble too much just a slow simmer.
Add water if too thick.
