Creamy Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 (18 oz.) can ready to serve vanilla pudding
2 medium apples, cored and diced (2 c.)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Stir in cold water.
Chill until partially set.
In mixing bowl, combine the chilled Jell-O and pudding.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed; chill until mixture mounds when spooned.
Fold in apples, celery and nuts.
Pour into a 7 or 8 cup mold.
Chill until firm or overnight.
Makes 10 or 12 servings.
