Chile Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. green chile peppers
    2 c. zucchini squash, unpeeled and grated
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream together first 3 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour dry ingredients into top 3 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf tins (2).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
