Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 regular size bag Kraft caramels
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. pecans
    12 oz. bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake mix per package instructions.
    Put half of mix in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
