Coconut Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 well beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pkg. coconut
Preparation
    In saucepan heat the milk while mixing with a mixer the sugar, cornstarch, salt and egg.
    Add beaten mixture to hot milk and cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
    Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and coconut.
