Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lb. ground beef
4 Tbsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. black pepper
3 small onions, chopped or 1 large
3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 large can tomato juice
1 tsp. red pepper seeds
2 Tbsp. garlic
salt to taste
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook hamburger in water until done.
Drain water.
For smooth sauce with no chunks, run through a food processor.
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
