Sweeter Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil or Crisco
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix ingredients until moist.
Fill greased cups 2/3 full.
Makes 12 muffins.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
