Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream
    3 tsp. chopped maraschino cherries
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 chopped bananas
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cream, sugar, lemon juice, almond and salt.
    Add fruit. Fill muffin tins (lined with cupcake liners) and freeze.
    When frozen, remove and put in plastic bags.
    Take out 5 minutes before serving.
    Paper will come off easily.
    Serve on lettuce.
