Grandma'S Pineapple Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or orange pineapple Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 medium grated carrot
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine Jell-O and boiling water.
    Drain pineapple and save juices.
    Add enough water to juice to make 1 cup.
    Add to Jell-O. Chill until partially thickened.
    Soften cream cheese and beat with mayonnaise.
    Add to Jell-O and stir well.
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour in mold and chill until firm.
    Serves 10 to 12.
