Five Flavor Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. coconut extract
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1 tsp. butter extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    5 eggs
    3 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter or margarine, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add flavorings.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
    Mix well, then pour into a well-greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 15 people.
